a distribution agreement to distribute Aerodev EMI filters in Europe for following countries:

Italy, Germany, United Kingdom and France.

This agreement starts from January 1st, 2011.

Aerodev is a leader company for EMI filters and TeCap, with this agreement, will enlarge the
